1. What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, phone number, optional username and profile photo), order and delivery details (address, phone, items, payment references and any payment screenshot you upload), reviews you write, and messages you send us.
Technical data needed to run the site, such as a session cookie that keeps you signed in. Your cart, wishlist, compare list and last delivery address are stored in your own browser, not on our servers, until you place an order.
2. How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, verify payments, answer your messages, show your order history and reviews, and send account emails such as verification, password reset and order updates.
Newsletter emails are sent only after you confirm your address (double opt-in) or switch the newsletter on from your account, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
4. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. Account data is kept while your account exists; reviews and newsletter subscriptions are removed when the account is deleted, and you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
5. Your rights
You can view and update your profile from your account, and ask us to correct or delete your data or to send you a copy of it by writing to oshakurstore@gmail.com. We answer within one business day.
6. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, sign-in sessions use secure, HttpOnly cookies, and payment screenshots and profile photos are stored in a private media library that only you and our staff can access.
