1. Who we are
OSHAkur Store is an online and in-store retailer based in Kigali, Rwanda, selling electronics, fashion and home essentials. You can reach us at oshakurstore@gmail.com or +250 793 299 554.
2. Orders and prices
All prices are in Rwandan francs (RWF) and include applicable taxes. Prices and availability are confirmed at the moment the order is placed; the amount shown on your order page is the amount due.
An order reserves the items for you while payment is pending. We may cancel an order that is not paid within a reasonable time, or when an item turns out to be unavailable, in which case nothing is charged.
3. Payment
Orders are paid by MTN Mobile Money (MoMo Pay or transfer to our MTN number) using the details shown on your order page. After paying you tell us the name registered on the MoMo/Bank account you paid from, optionally with the confirmation message or a screenshot; our team matches it on our MoMo statement and confirms the order, usually within a few hours during opening hours.
Orders are only prepared and delivered once payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery and pickup
We deliver within Kigali, same or next working day after payment confirmation, and we call the phone number on the order before the rider leaves. Store pickup is available during opening hours at the address shown on the contact page.
Please check the items with the rider or at pickup and report any problem to us the same day.
5. Cancellations, returns and warranty
You can cancel an order yourself from your account until its payment is confirmed. After that, contact us and we will help where the order has not yet been dispatched.
Products are genuine and, unless stated otherwise on the product page, carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Returns of unused items in their original sealed packaging are accepted within 14 days; consumables, personal-care items and items damaged after delivery are excluded.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account. Keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you about your orders.
7. Reviews and content
Reviews must be your honest experience of a product. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, promotional or unlawful, and may reply publicly as the store.
8. Liability and changes
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Rwandan consumer law. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the store means you accept the updated terms.
